CCNP Routing and Switching

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Cisco Certified Network A is for those who would like a professional certification in the networking field. CCNP test your skill in installation, configuration and maintaining larger networks. The protocols that you need to be proficient in are EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS,  BGP. Route Redistribution, Route summarization, Advanced Access Lists, VLANs, Ethernet. It indicates advanced knowledge of networks. In order to appear for CCNP a pass in CCNA is a perquisite. It requires four exams which may be taken in any order.

Prerequisites

Valid Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certification or any Cisco CCIE certification can act as a prerequisite.

Course Duration

Duration shall be 15 days with 6 hours of training each day. The intake to each boot camp is only 6 candidates at maximum.
